The key demands included:
- Measures to reduce the burden of commissions on partner businesses,
- Inclusion of partner business burden items (commissions and delivery fees) on consumer receipts,
- Cessation of the demand for most-favored-nation treatment,
- Sharing of delivery personnel location information.
In particular, there was intensive exchange of opinions regarding the measures to alleviate commission burdens, and both sides confirmed that there were differences in their positions.
In response, the public interest members requested both sides to reconsider each other’s positions and present more advanced proposals in the next meeting. The Win-Win Committee plans to hold additional meetings promptly to facilitate the alignment of positions between the two sides.
