Cho Hong-sun, secretary-general of the Fair Trade Commission, held a meeting at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 6 (Thursday) with eight delegations from the European Union's Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC), including Chairman Konstantinos Masselos, and exchanged views on the platform's policy direction.
BEREC is an organization to reorganize the regulatory system of the digital market in the EU, collaborating with the EU Commission and regulatory bodies in each country to provide advice, and in particular, it plays an advisory role from legislation to enforcement of the Digital Markets Act (hereinafter referred to as the "DMA") and the "Digital Services Act (hereinafter referred to as the "DSA").
